We are horse owners ourselves and understand what is needed in a property to keep and raise horses. It needs stalls, a place to turn them out and plenty of water. If the property doesn't have this minimum, you'll need to factor the cost of building the facility.

Let us know how many horses you have or intend to have as each property will have a specific maximum number of animals allowed by the local county.
Another option in Sedona is boarding. We keep our horses (Annie and Flyer) at a boarding ranch less than a mile from our home. It offers full board and many horse trails to ride among the red rocks.
