MANDATORY CORONA VIRUS PRECAUTIONS
The safety and health of our Clients are of utmost concern to our team. To comply with established guidelines during this pandemic, these are safety precautions.
The City of Sedona has decreed a mandatory mask requirement.
To show homes, we do the following to comply with guidelines:
1. All property showings will require a lender prequal letter or proof of funds from a financial institution.
2. The Realtor(s) and the clients will drive separately.
3. Everyone will observe 6 foot social distancing.
4. Everyone is to wear masks inside properties.
5. Everyone is required to wear gloves and shoe booties when requested by the owners (they will be provided as needed). We have masks available if you do not have them.
6. You will have to sign a
Covid Addendum (Disclosure) prior to viewing homes.
