Here's our infographic for Sedona real estate sales in October 2020 compared to October 2019. The market seemed to slow a bit but then this past week, it's been busy as ever. Typically we'll see a slow down over the holidays and it will pick up again in mid to late January. This is a great time to buy because the available homes may briefly increase overall with a little more market time.
