Red Rock Magic Trolley is just the way to do it, too. The Boynton Canyon Tour is around 90 minutes long and is perfect for all ages. You’ll learn all about the history of local Native Americans and where old Western films were made in Sedona. The tour takes you all around the city and through Jordan Park, where the Sedona Heritage Museum is located. The trolley departs at 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3:30 p.m., seven days a week. Tickets are $15 for kids ages three to 12 and $29 for riders 13 years and up. Children two years old and younger ride free.
The Sedona Hi-Points tour is two hours long. You’ll make several stops and have time to take photos at Bell Rock, Chapel of the Holy Cross, and Airport Mesa, among other well-known places. Ride in comfort in an air-conditioned luxury van. Your tour guide will be able to tell you lots of local history and answer any questions you have. Tickets are $39 for riders age 13 and older; $24 for riders ages three to 12; and $12 for riders two years old and under. If you have a child who needs a car seat, be sure to bring yours along.
