Bibimbap starts with a layer of Momo’s unique rice blend, with short and long grain varieties, wild rice, and quinoa. Then she layers on sauteed greens, zucchini, carrots, and muu (Korean radish). You choose the protein--chicken, beef, or tofu. The whole dish is finished off with sesame oil, roasted seaweed, and a fried egg. Those who love spicy food should check out bulgogi, which is made with specially marinated beef that’s grilled to perfection. Don’t forget the kimchi on the side!
